Don’t be sad, the 2020 preseason is just getting underway!

   Weekly Touch and Fitness Thursday 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm (All Welcome)
   Weekly Fitness Saturday 9:00-10:00 am (All Welcome)
   Starting Thursday 14th & Saturday 16th.
   Boyd Wilson Field in the University
   Comfortable training gear, your choice of boots or training shoes.
   We’ll have water bottles on hand but bring your own if you prefer.

   Welcome to current, new players and their families.
   This is for all OBU grades including those that don’t normally train.
What you get:
We’re not promising superhuman strength and fitness but next best thing!
You get to work in a supervised session involving fun games that will get you fit and involve some interesting challenges to keep you motivated. OBU trainings are an environment that is supportive regardless of your current fitness level.
