Premier players with 100+ caps

This page is to pay tribute to all of those players who have played more than 100 games for the premier men or women’s teams.

The information on this page has some gaps in it. this will be a work in Progress for some time. The players with an asterisk * beside their name are still expecting to add to their tally of caps for OBU (all things being equal with pandemics and so forth allowing games to resume at some point).

Introduction to Premier Womens 100+ player group

Up until the 2017 the premier women’s team played for the Victoria Tavern Trophy in the second round or if they failed to qualify the rather plainly named ‘Senior Women’s title’

In 2018 the top division was renamed the Tia Passi Cup and the second division was renamed the Izzy Ford Memorial Cup.

A cap is awarded for each start or run off the bench in Wellington premier women’s competition matches.

Introduction to Premier Mens 100+ player group

OBU Premier mens team play for the Swindale Shield in the first half of the season and if qualify play for the Jubilee Cup or if not the Hardham Cup. A cap is awarded for starts in a match or coming off the bench in any of the above competition matches.
