Notice of Proposed Amendments to WCOB&VUWRFC Constitution In accordance with Clause 43. Altering the Rules or Name of the Club, notice is hereby given for proposed alterations to the Constitution of WCOB & VUW RFC Inc to be considered at the 33rd AGM. This is to meet the requirements for re-registration as an Incorporated Society under the requirements of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and to address changes affecting the Club since the last Constitution ratification in 2015.
